The bottom line is, you can’t make the best product possible if your staff aren’t happy. That’s the number 1 goal, other than keeping customers happy.

But that’s just it, the whole system is a trickle down effect.

If your team isn’t happy then the product they make reflects that. If they aren’t enthusiastic about what they make, then your customers won’t be enthusiastic.

Keep your team happy, you’ll keep your customers happy. That’s how you make a great product, that’s how you become the best version of yourself.
